Works have started on The Interchange, the first major commercial landmark at Brabazon and Bristol's only new Grade A office building currently under construction.
With a Grade A vacancy at just 3.5% - the lowest level Bristol has seen in years - YTL Developments is delivering much-needed, sustainable workspace at scale. It will deliver 86,300 sq ft of high-specification offices, ready for occupation by the end of 2027.
